Hello! I'm a Librarian by trade and mother by choice. I live in southeastern Ohio. I've worked in Libraries for over 25 years and decided at the age of 37 I needed a degree. I enrolled in an associates program, continued to my Bachelors in IT and then proceeded on to a Master's Degree in Library Science. Completed it all online and am happy to say I did it all in  5 years. My daughter was 3 months old when I started my degree and my goal was to complete it by the time she started kindergarten. Mission accomplished!

I've made a career out of my love of researching anything and everything. Online learning is also a passion of mine. In 2007 I was asked to teach online courses for a program that offer's Associate degrees in Library Science and in 2009 I begain teaching research courses at another Univerisity. I'm also the department head at a small Univeristy Library as my full time job. I'll be creating various hubs to share what I've discovered over the years, from personal and professional research. I hope to provide some entertainment, a bit of knowledge and little bit of my life via my hubs. If I'm lucky you'll enjoy learning about  my interests and me as well.
